"SHRINKHALA" is an NGO (Society) established in Jun 2010 with an aim to promote "Life and Livelihood" for the under privileged people of India in general and Bihar and Jharkhand in particular. It has resolved to work in the areas of Education, Health and Livelihood of the underserved people.

It is depicted by three circles with different symbols and writings. Outer circle is inscribed by “SHRINKHALA”, the name of the organization which means a series or a continuous link. “Life and Livelihood” is the motto of the organization for which it is working. In the second concentric circle there are sunrays indicating the ever shining light guiding the organization. Then there are three symbols indicating focus on Livelihood, Education and Health; the three areas of operation of the organization with the blue background as one of the five elements (Panchtatwa). Finally in the inner circle there are the four elements viz. Fire, Earth, Sky and Air which symbolizes life along with the fifth element viz. Water. Also, the mountain chain is the focus- “SHRINKHALA”. It will go on and on perennially until eternity, guiding Lives and Livelihood of people across the universe.
